Office Conversion to Residential Apartments
This project required 3 exterior photomontage CGIs of an office conversion in Wolverhampton, which was transformed into 42 luxury apartments.
The CGI artwork was used in a successful marketing campaign appearing on the sales website, within printed collateral and on local advertising billboards.
The First Photomontage (above) was produced using panorama photography merged with CGI imagery to inform potential residents of the location and inparticular the convenient promixity to a Supermarket.
The other 2 Photomontages (below) show off the residence by day and by night, offering views of alternative facades.
